SEO & Performance

Does Drast affect SEO rankings?

No. Drast doesn't impact SEO for two reasons:

  • Our script loads after 3-4 seconds, so it doesn't affect page speed metrics

  • Personalized content is cached for only 1 hour, meaning Google bots won't see personalized versions when crawling your site

Will the external script slow down my page?

No. The script loads after 3-4 seconds and only affects HTML when a visitor triggers personalization. It has no impact on initial page load time.

Does adding personalization hurt my Core Web Vitals?

No. Because our script loads after initial page rendering, it doesn't affect Core Web Vitals. In fact, personalization can improve SEO by increasing time-on-page, a quality signal for search engines.

Can I use personalization on pages indexed by Google?

Yes. Personalization actually helps SEO by increasing visitor engagement and time-on-page. The personalized content is only shown to active users, not to search engine crawlers.

Integration & Setup

How easy is it to integrate Drast?

Very easy. For Webflow, Framer, or other no-code platforms, it's a simple copy-paste of a script in your website header. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Do you need access to our codebase?

No. Most businesses use no-code platforms and just need to paste a script snippet. No codebase access required.

How long does personalization take to appear?

Personalization typically takes 2-4 seconds to complete once a visitor provides their information.

Privacy & User Experience

Is this like cookie tracking? Will users find it intrusive?

No. We ask visitors if they want additional personalized value by sharing where they work and their role. It's value-focused, not tracking-focused. We only collect IP addresses and cache data to improve the personalization experience.

What data are you collecting?

We collect IP addresses and cache visitor preferences to enable personalization across your site. This helps us avoid asking the same visitor multiple times and deliver a smoother experience.

How is this different from creepy tracking?

We ask about your company and role to provide relevant value, not to track personal behavior. Visitors opt-in by answering questions, and we only use this to customize their experience on your site.

Personalization strategy

Which pages should I personalize first?

Start with high-intent pages:

  • Landing pages (personalize H1s and H2s to hook visitors)

  • Pricing pages

  • Use case pages

  • Feature sections that explain your value proposition

What page elements should be personalized?

Focus on headlines (H1s and H2s) and key value propositions. The H1 is critical for capturing attention. Feature descriptions that explain "what we do for you" also work well.

Does this work better for certain traffic types?

Yes. Paid traffic performs especially well because visitors already showed intent by clicking your ad. Adding personalization increases conversion by showing "we built this for you specifically." Organic traffic also benefits as you're adding value without being intrusive.

ROI & Proof

Is conversion rate optimization more important for SaaS?

For SaaS, it's a numbers game. More visitors should equal more revenue. If you want to grow revenue without increasing traffic, improving conversion is essential.

How do you prove Drast increases conversion?

Two ways:

  1. You'll see conversions the day you install Drast by tracking clicks on "Sign up" and "Book a call" buttons

  2. We can match leads we've personalized against those entering your CRM to show attribution
